We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete such data from our records. In Short: If you are a resident of states like California, Texas, Colorado, or Virginia, you have explicit rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of your data.

We have not collected, disclosed, sold, or shared any categories of personal information (such as Identifiers, Biometrics, Geolocation, or Education tracking) to third parties for a commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We retain audio and electronic records (Category H) for a maximum of 6 months. To appeal a denied rights request, contact us directly via email.
